   Strategic and operational leadership of the Lab's research, teaching, and partnership portfolio, including its own budget. Led the development of a European Joint Degree Master in Data-Driven Management Innovation with five partner institutions.

   Principal Investigator on “Location choice of digital MNEs”, delivering policy-relevant digitalization and AI evaluation work for public authorities.
